A few things visitors usually ask
Can you deliver to a hotel or Airbnb in Toronto?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, short-term rentals, and private addresses across Toronto and the GTA. Message us with your address before booking if you want to confirm we cover your area.
Do I need camping experience?
No. Most of our customers are first-timers. Everything is included and we send simple instructions with every order. We are also easy to reach if anything comes up.
How far are Ontario's parks from Toronto?
Algonquin Park is about 3 hours. Arrowhead and Killarney are 2.5 to 3 hours. Sandbanks and Bruce Peninsula are roughly 2.5 to 3 hours. All are worth the drive.
What if I only have one free day?
A one-night trip is completely reasonable. Book a Friday or Saturday night, spend the day at the park, sleep under the stars, and drive back the next morning.
When should I book?
At least 5 days before your trip. This gives us time to prepare and deliver your gear without rushing.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery and pickup are free for orders over $250 within our delivery zone. A $35 fee applies for orders under $250. Self-pickup is also available near DVP and the 401.
