Cancellation Policy

Reserving camping equipment affects our ability to serve other campers, as we may be fully booked for the weekend. By canceling, you could prevent someone else from enjoying their camping experience, especially during busy periods. Thank you for understanding and planning accordingly!

At this stage, your order is packed and ready for delivery, and reserved equipment could have been booked by other campers.

Less than 2 days before delivery

50% (30% during long weekends)

40% (25% during long weekends)

The order is scheduled for delivery, making last-minute changes difficult, and the reserved equipment may leave other campers without options.

After delivery

No credits

No refund

Delivery has been completed; the reserved equipment is in use or accounted for.

 

Bad weather events

Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for rainy days. If you decide to cancel due to bad weather, the standard cancelation policy (see above) will apply. Your tent is waterproof. Camping in the rain can be a unique and memorable experience. So take advantage of this opportunity! You can rent additional equipment for extra comfort during rainy days (e.g., additional tarps).
