Camp Rentique brings luxury canvas bell tents directly to your property. Private farms, family land, lakeside venues, rural estates. If a car can access the space, we can set it up.

We arrive the day before your event begins, set everything up, and return after your guests leave to take it all down. Your guests walk into finished rooms. You never think about logistics.

We set up before the celebration starts

We arrive a day before your event so we are completely out of the way when it matters. Your guests find their tents ready when they arrive.

Your guests sleep well. We come back when everyone is gone.

We return after guests leave, take everything down, and handle all the cleanup. You don't lift a finger.

Guest reservation management available

We can manage tent reservations on behalf of your guests so they book directly, without that coordination falling on you. We can also customize the reservation experience to match your event theme. One less thing to track before your celebration.

Pricing

Built around your event

Pricing depends on the number of tents, travel distance, interior level, and setup complexity. A significant portion of the cost is labour and transportation, not just equipment. We'd rather give you an accurate number than a starting price that doesn't reflect your event.

We service most of Ontario. Just share your location in your quote request and we'll confirm quickly.
As long as a truck can access the space, we can set up. We regularly work on private farms, family land, forest clearings, waterfronts, and rural estates. If you're unsure, just describe the property and we'll let you know.
Guests can book directly through us. We create a custom collection on our website for your event where each guest can choose and pay for their own tent. That coordination never falls on you. We can also customize the booking experience to match your event theme.
Our Comfortable tier includes queen size air mattresses with hotel-quality bedding. Our Elevated and Fully Styled tiers include a real bedframe, a high-quality mattress, and full hotel-quality linen. Both are comfortable, but real beds feel noticeably different — more like a boutique hotel room than camping. Most wedding clients choose real beds for their guests.
Yes. A dedicated 6M Fully Styled tent set apart from the guest tents makes for a beautiful bridal suite. We can style it with extra decor and position it separately on the property. Many couples choose this option alongside a set of smaller guest tents.
Our canvas bell tents are fully waterproof and built for Canadian conditions. They stay comfortable through rain and hold warmth well into cool nights. We'll also advise on setup placement to account for wind and drainage on your property. For cancellation terms, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Nothing. Tents are set up and ready before guests arrive. If you've chosen the Fully Styled tier, everything inside is arranged and waiting. Guests just walk in.
We scale to your event. Whether you need 3 tents for an intimate gathering or a full village for a large wedding, we work with you to plan the right layout. Share your guest count and we'll recommend the setup.
Summer weekends, especially long weekends in July and August, fill up early, often by March. For weddings and larger events, earlier is always better. That said, we're happy to discuss availability at any stage of your planning.
